Title:
compiz crashed with SIGSEGV in intel_miptree_release()

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
This bug appears randomly (cannot reproduce it) when trying to switch
windows using unity launcher. Looks like frozen animation of
maximizing window. Compiz (and unity) freeze and restart itself after
a while. Affected application (last time Gedit, which I was trying to
open) has crashed GUI and you can only see name on the top bar. "Body"
of the window dissapeared and can be restored only by killing and re-
launch of app (new instance / window is working).

  I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 precise, compiz 1:0.9.7.0+bzr3035-0ubuntu1,
unity 5.6.0-0ubuntu4 (I'm almost sure this information will be
included in automated report, but.... only for info :))

The strange thing: Ubuntu is telling me that it was unable to open URL
for report, but it is already opened on new Firefox tab...
