Bug description:
The 'workspaces-switcher', 'apps', 'files' and 'user-trash/user-trash-
full' icons are shown in the Launcher with the same glow effect used
for the running applications.
A border is also drawn around these 4 icons
Ideally the glow and the border should be switched off for the four
monochrome built-in icons.
