Title:
windows lose frame when maximized
Status in Unity:

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
When a window is maximized, and a new window is opened, I lose the
title bar for all windows. No X button, the only thing it keeps is the
menu and content, and the menu is in the global menu bar. Also, once
this bug affects one window, it affects all. For example, if it takes
affect, ALL windows lose the title bar. Confirmed with maximizing
firefox and thunderbird.
