Hi Xalior, thanks for your bug report. Please try menu item
"File"->"Reinstall Previous Purchases", and check that your purchased
app (Uplink) shows up in the list. From there, you should be able to
install it. If this does not occur and you still can't install the app,
please report back here and we will debug further.

Purchased items not showing up
Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
After purchasing an item, and checking that the item has been billed
correctly (via paypal, Payment ID available if required) the item does
not seem available to download anywhere inside of Software Centre. And
going to the application again (Uplink, as advertised on the front
page of the software centrer) I am only presented with the option to
rebuy the application.
