IT works the first time when Evolution requests my Google password. Aftwerwards it fails all the time. Bug also occured in the Ubuntu 11.10 version of Evolution. The bug has been reported at the moment the sync had failed. It is not a google problem, since it works correctly with Thunderbird.
The workaround works at least in this session of Ubuntu. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to evolution in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/883417 Title: Evolution 3.2.0 in UBUNTU 11.10 (Syncho google contacts) Status in The Evolution Mail & Calendaring Tool: New Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: The synchronisation with google contacts is not working fine.
