Bug description:
I use DockBarX, Synapse, and Unity 2D Panel together. Until an update
yesterday this configuration worked great. I have all three set as
startup applications. Today I turned my computer on and Unity 2D Panel
hadn't started. I updated and the problem persisted. I typed unity-2d-
panel into a terminal and got the following output:
