Just installed Lubuntu 12.04 (32-bit) on two different machines, a laptop and a PC using LiveUSB and everything worked just prefect.
I used UNetbootin to create the LiveUSB and the daily image was 20-03-2012. There are no additional reports as live session never started. To verify the USB used was good I reformatted and install Ubuntu precise-desktop-i386.iso live session worked properly.
