Unable to restart lens which doesn't do global search

Bug description:
Currently only lenses that are searchable in the home screen view are
restarted if they crash. Although this can be observed on all lenses
if you kill a lens, go to its lens view in the dash and search for
something - lens won't be restarted unless you search in the home
screen.
