Bug description:
Most apps (all I could see) use header capitalization for their
launcher tooltips. And even Unity does in other places (e.g.
"Workplace Switcher").
So it's inconsistent to use sentence capitalization for the BFB
tooltip. Instead of "Dash home" it should be "Dash Home".
