After updating today I am no longer able to login to the desktop with
Unity3D (2D does work). The lightdm window sometimes dissapears and I
am presented the the normal desktop wallpaper and in some cases even a
mouse cursor and the files that are on my desktop. No evidence of the
Unity launcher or top panel at all.
