No problem, and no need for another bug. 
Now, that other string is translated to Hungarian, but indeed not to French, 
the mo file does not contain its translation. But the string looks like it was 
translated just yesterday by you, so I think the next language pack should 
solve this.

  Empathy does not take it into account Rosetta translations for string
  #896 ("Echo cancellation helps to make your voice sound clearer to the
