Colin, I disagree. The behavior is a lot better than in Oneiric.
You do have to be able to edit the shortcut name and the command though
so I don't think Custom Shortcuts is broken. Although I'd personally
mark this as Won't Fix, I'll go ahead and reopen this since the original
report was about Custom Shortcuts, not the rest of the Shortcuts dialog
which works fine now.

Bug description:
In up to date oneiric running gnome-control-center keyboard, I select
"Custom Shortcuts", then + then put "GNOME Terminal" and 'gnome-
terminal' in the fields. It tells me to hold down the new keys. I hold
down CTRL+ALT+T and nothing happens.
