Actually, it should be possible to split out the wacom capplet into a
separate package, which then gets recommended.

Title:
gnome-control-center should recommend wacom (not depend)
Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
In Precise.
gnome-control-center 1:3.3.90-0ubuntu4
g-c-c depends on libwacom2
But, I am working on a project that does not want or need (indeed
cannot display) wacom stuff in settings.
Can libwacom2 be made a recommend of g-c-c instead of a depend?
