Actually, there is no pre-defined location depending on the language selection
on the live session (Location is blank in the Time & Date settings)
A solution would be to geolocate the user to set the timezone like Ubiquity
does.

Hello
Launch a live session, choose a a language outside of the UTC (italian is
UTC+1), when the live session will be launched the clock will be set to UTC
instead of localized even if the net is working.
