If the extension is disabled I'm able to access items which does not
have accelerators by typing their first letter. Maybe this is a
gnome/gtk issue, because they have the same problem, but firefox
interface does not.

* For instance, if I wanted to go to the "Recently Closed Tabs" using
the keyboard:

Steps to reproduce:
1) Access the history menu by typing 'alt+s'
2) Pressing 'R' does not take you to "Restore Previous Session", "Recently
Closed Tabs" or "Recently Closed Windows"

Expected Behavior: (extension disabled)
1) Access the history menu by typing 'alt+s'
2) Pressing 'R' switches between "Restore Previous Session", "Recently Closed
Tabs" or "Recently Closed Windows", because they all start with 'R', even
though they don't have menu accelerators assigned to them.

** Affects: gtk+2.0 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
