  Custom keyboard shortcuts require clicking the right side of the row

Bug description:
  In up to date oneiric running gnome-control-center keyboard, I select
  "Custom Shortcuts", then + then put "GNOME Terminal" and 'gnome-
  terminal' in the fields. It tells me to hold down the new keys. I hold
  down CTRL+ALT+T and nothing happens.
