Public bug reported:

I have installed the same program "emblemize" (from the "nautilus
actions extra" project: https://launchpad.net/nautilus-actions-extra),
on Ubuntu 11.10 and on Ubuntu 12.04. This is a program that shows a
windows with a list of icons.

I have found that the behavior of the window is different between the two
Ubuntu's versions.
In Ubuntu 11.10 the list of icons adapts correctly to the size of the window.
Instead in Ubuntu 12.04 the list of icons remains fixed to the initial
disposition: a list of five columns.
I have attached two screenshots to show you what I mean:
1) Emblemizer_GTK3_Ubuntu_11.10.png ==> the window of emblemize in Ubuntu 11.10
2) Emblemizer_GTK3_Ubuntu_12.04.png ==> the window of emblemize in Ubuntu 12.04

** Affects: gtk+3.0 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
