updating your system to the latest current version so that you will have
software-center version 5.1.13.1, and then retry your review to see if
you still have the error?
If indeed this operation still fails with the latest version, could you
please try running Software Center from a terminal window as follows:
$ software-center
And then try again to write the review. Please paste any output in the
terminal to this bug report. That will help us to investigate this bug
further.
