Dear Ones,
1. Boot up computer.
2. Select my user
3. Type password and press enter
4. results in nothing but my desktop background
Further details:
Completely consistent.
Both stock kernel and 3.3 rc7 from Mainline Builds.
This was since about a week ago, perhaps lightdm or unity upgrade, I assume.
Only for my user. Other existing users and new, encrypted home, user can login.
Workaround is to restart lightdm.
Further tests can be performed but what I would like to know before that
is what the log files mean and whether this has been reported already.
