Bug description:
Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver
If gnome-screensaver is inhibited longer than screensaver activating delay it
never will activated and never locking desktop.
In attachment script which revealing this bug, just play with maximum idle
time in screensaver settings and value of inhibiting in script.
