Title:
gnome-control-centre - missing accessability option to change cursor
  and cursor size

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Ubuntu Precise Development Branch. 12.04

Further to bug report #964685 - reference Missing Disability
Accessibility to change cursors to high viability and change cursor
  size.

basic high contrast cursors from dmz-cursor-theme. These appear to be
installed in 12.04 under /usr/share/icons/foo/cursors - yet there is
no apparent way to utilze them - or change the size should they be
  selected.

Advised missing access and control is through gnome-control-center.

Facility has been accessible in 10.04-11.10 through Desktop Right-
  click - themes - customise - pointer.

Presently there is no access to cursors and or resize - compromising
basic disability accessibility - live-CD and installed.

Screen print to show expected behaviour-accesability in 10.04-11.11 in
  bug tracker at
