Title:
"Disable touchpad when typing" touchpad setting is superfluous

Status in GNOME Control Center:

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
Given that I couldn't imagine any case where touchpad (clicks, to be
specific) should not be disabled when typing, I think this settings is
superfluous and needless choice for the users.
