As described above several gnome-apps are concerned. The bug is still
present in Gnome 3.4. I'll attach a screenshot of the update-manager to
clarify what I mean.

Bug description:
As described above. For example it happens to me when I want to save a
document. The control-buttons (Save, Print etc.) are not fully shown. It
doesn't happen only to evince but to several other gnome-apps (evolution etc
...).
I'll attach a screenshot to clarify what I mean.
