I use a HSDPA USB modem model number: MF626 and on some occasions when
booting up the computer Network Manager does not recognise the device
even though it has been set up. I sometimes have to reboot 2 or 3 times
to get it to be recognised before I can use it to connect to internet.

I am using:
network-manager:
  Installed: 0.9.1.90-0ubuntu5.1
