Title:
  Mousekeys settings deprecated in 12.04

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I was told here http://askubuntu.com/questions/104812/where-are-the-
mouse-keys-settings-in-12-04 that this is a bug so I'm reporting it
here. The default speed for mousekeys is unusable and unlike in 10.10
there are no settings where I could change this. Please add this
option again as I would hate to switch back to a mouse.
