Title:
Shortcuts containing the <Super> key invoke the unity dash or help
  overlay

Bug description:
The unity dash and the "Keyboard Shortcuts" help overlay should not be
displayed when <Super> is pressed in combination with any other key -
even if it's just another modifier or if no other action is associated
with the combination. This situation has become worse after the new
keyboard shortcuts landed in today's updates.

  Cases:
  1. Press <Super>+<Shift>+Arrow to switch to a different desktop, releasing
the key combo very quickly. The unity dash will open.

  2. Hold <Super>+<Shift> while you use the arrow keys to find the
desktop you are looking for. The help overlay will display, covering
  the desktop.

  3. Press <Super>+<Ctrl>, then realize you were going for
<Super>+<Shift>, and depending on whether you've released <Super> or
not you'll be presented with the dash or the help overlay, when you
were obviously trying to do something else.

  4. Similarly, mistype <Super>+1 (to open, say, nautilus) as <Super>+q,
releasing quickly. You'll be shown the dash, even though you were
obviously trying to do something else. This does not happen when you
release <Super>+1 quickly, so I assume the dash is being inhibited
specifically when a shortcut exists for the combination - it should
also be inhibited when no shorcut is associated with it.

A fourth case that is not really part of this problem but is related:
  4. Press <Super>+<Shift>+Arrow to switch to a different desktop, releasing
the key combo less quickly than in point 1 above. The overlaid numbers in the
unity launcher will display (which is OK) - and remain there after having
released the keys (which is not).
