Bug description:
Very often (a few times a day), alt-tab will raise one window and give
focus to another one. This is at least disconcerting, and often a pain
because I hit Ctrl-W and it closes an IRC channel instead of a browser
window. Both windows are fullscreen, on the same screen (in fact, in a
single-screen setup).
