- git patch, should fix empathy resizing horizontally when it shouldn't

Bug description:
By default the HUD keyboard shortcut is ALT. Currently users can
configure this key using ccsm, however this shortcut should also be
configurable using the 'System Settings->Keyboard->Shortcuts' panel.
