This may not be true for everyone. There are some odd DNS issues going on. the repo works for some, not for others. Users on the BSU network probably cannot access it using the domain name, however, most outside of the BSU network can. I believe there was an IP change (the cause of the first downtime), but the change has not propagated to all DNS servers, thus this current issue.
Long story short: Try it. If it works, great. If it doesn't, try accessing it outside of the BSU network. Details to come as I find them out. Zach J.
