For the XML documents, the tool ID's will directly correspond to the tools on the GUI.
Tool - Magnifier ID - 1 Measure 2 Sample 3 Dust 4 Interview 5 The same will be said of what they interact with. I'm going to base those ids upon the order they show up in my docs.
