Commited the cursor code just now, they work but probably buggy in some way. Basically a click on the radio button changes the cursor to the respective PNG file. From there, the cursor stays until another button is pressed. If the next button is another tool, the next tool PNG is loaded. If the next button is any other button, the default arrow is loaded. Let me know if I missed any actions that need the default arrow loaded back.
