Hi folks, For the final milestone, everyone needs to become great friends with our bug tracker. Check it very often. If you find a bug, report it as-per the process outlined in previous e-mails. If you see something that hasn't been fixed or started (the status isn't "in progress), assign it to yourself, or change the status to "in progress" and fix it.
Also, wishlist items can be added as well. Some things are better asked about in a group e-mail first and then added as a wishlist item once the group has agreed, but either way, keep wishlist items in mind as well. Now that we are essentially feature-complete, the bug tracker is the heart of the project. Finding and fixing bugs, as well as adding small wishlist items that improve the overall experience of the applications. Just be sure in this process to keep the status of the bugs updated properly and to leave comments in the bugs if you are working on something so that nobody steps on each other's toes. If done right, the bug tracker should be all of the communication needed for a group of 5 people to operate on the same codebase. Zach J.
