Lewis, there is a bit more to it.
1. This bug exists in the any23-core-1.1 pre-built packages as well. So this
issue needs to have the Affects/Versions field updated to say that.
2. Then I think the 1.1 Release notes need to be updated to include mention of
this bug.
That looks like the correct place for this information. Right?
