One way for the 2.0 Download page to be accurate is to remove all mention of
"Apache Any23 Core" and "WAR package with dependencies" and the associated
links. That way no visitor to the Download page will see any links to pages
containing broken links.
If there are ways to get to the specific download pages via other navigation,
then each of the those specific download pages (e.g.,
https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/any23/2.0/any23/apache-any23-core-2.0.tar.gz)
need to contain a message at the top that the links to the listed .tar.gz and
.zip files are broken.
Is this a good resolution?
