One problem has been solved: the build from 2.0 source does create the binaries.
A problem remains: the Download web page for any23 2.0 contains links to any23
core files that do not exist.
There seems to be two solutions: (1) push the Core from a recent 2.0 build to
the appropriate servers and mirrors; or
(2) update the 2.0 Download page and remove the links from the Core section and
replace them with a message about the Core files being available for 2.1.
Until this problem is solved, this issue remains Open.
