Once again, thanks for being fantastically helpful, I'm much closer to
being where I want to be now.
thanks :-)
One thing has cropped up while using/translating the Java code you put
in. Now, when I run 'presentation.start()', 'presentation' having had
ah! now I put it all together and get what you're looking for: found
your "View Constraints on a Presentation" from 17/09/08 09:17, which I
over looked
However, I want to be able to specify where on the screen the
presentation will be shown, rather than it definitely being full-screen.
So, for example, I would like to say it should be 400 pixels by 300
pixels with the top-left corner 50 pixels from the top of the screen and
50 pixels from the left of the screen.
It looks like this can perhaps be done using a
com.sun.star.presentation.PresentationView, but I can't work out how to
go about it.
Is what I want to do possible using the OpenOffice API? If so, could
someone give me some pointers as to how to go about doing it?
well, AFAIK the only way is the one you've found by yourself :-)
'IsFullScreen' set to False, it takes about a minute to start up. Any
thoughts as to what might be causing this?
I assume you are working on a OOo 3.0 (or is the Slide Show controller
available in 2.4.1? I can't recall now...).
Tested on Linux, with a Java client application and OOo 3.0 DEV300_m29,
it opens very fast.
Do you use/know NetBeans? Here
[http://www.ArielConstenlaHaile.com.ar/ooo/temp/SlideShowController.zip]
is a NetBeans Project with a demo client application.
Regards
Ariel.
