No bug here.
CDbl uses the locale settings of your OpenOffice.org.
Verify Tools > Options > Language settings > Languages :
the second item "Local Settings" should show : Swedish (Swede)
Just under this item, you will see a comma indicated as separator for decimal
values (it is small but visible).
