[ +1 ] Release APR 1.5.2 as GA
After 73 hours we have two binding non-zero votes (fortunately in
the same direction). Gregg indicated that he may be able to test
more today.
Done, it is the call to apr_generate_random_bytes() in
file_io/win32/pipe.c. I'll deal with this in httpd trunk & 2.2/2.4
branches soon.
Maybe a note in the announcement to point out that this will happen
if linking to the static apr library in Windows to give those that
actually read the announcement a heads up, should you want to. I'll
leave that up to you.
What if I add an entry to CHANGES (on download site and svn but not in
tarball) indicating that some applications which link to the static
apr-1 library on Windows may need to add rpcrt4 to resolve an
undefined reference to UuidCreate()?
Thanks for holding out a few extra hours.

Sounds like a much better idea, will propagate through to later releases. +1
