The refactored JXTG should be marked stable, it is supposed to be back
compatible with the 2.1.x version. And new template development will be
called CTemplate and will use another namespace. The template block
contains some template framework apis that not are stable yet. But that
is a completely different question, that shouldn't affect anyone, all
apis in the template block (except for the JXT generator and transformer
of course) should be considered internal for the time being.
