Xalan 2.7.1 has been released about a month ago and includes bug-fixes
important to us (see COCOON-2155). Unfortunately, Xalan 2.7.1 is not available
on Maven central repository at the moment.
We should find some way to publish Xalan 2.7.1 on Maven repository and upgrade
to it ASAP.
