CB-5082 [CLI] BB10 add support in doPlatform()

Support for blackberry10, when 'cordova info' command is used to
retrieve information about the dev environment.
It provides:
-BB10 NDK version.
-It gets information about every devices or emulator, used to deploy a
cordova application using the 'cordova run/build' command.
