Wow, lots of random changes, but I think they're all fixed. Can you try
again? But before merging, see my earlier comment about how this platform
guide merges in all the shell-tool info. I believe that's better than having
separate "command-line tools" topics, and should be used as a guideline for
other Platform Guides. If this was never merged, who knows, there may have
been some controversy on this point. Note that I used this same merging
approach for recent revisions to Windows8 & WP7/8 platform guides.
