This still doesn't work in Cordova CLI 3.4.0-0.1.3. I have `<preference
name="Orientation" value="landscape" />` in my config.xml. However, what I run
the app to an Android device it runs in portrait mode and can be rotated to
landscape or portrait mode.
Is there a specific version I need to be using?
