The namespace has been changed anyway to org.apache.cordova.labs.keyboard. Also, the release of this plugin has not been voted on, so it should not be "released", nor do I think it should be voted on (labs and all that implies). If it is not an official release, according to Apache policy I believe we should not even reference this in any of the official documentation and website (I don't think it is). Users can still choose to install it by referencing the git url with #master:keyboard.
