Wow, thanks for taking that on; it's a lot of work!
(I had previously done most of this last year, on
https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-file/tree/cdvtest, but there have
obviously been a lot of changes to the tests since then)
Do you know what mobile-spec commit your tests are based on? (So that we
can continue converting any new tests which land in that repository)
