I haven't seen a schedule of talks.

I would be shocked if their wasn't some talk of Polymer (not sure about
Designer).  I'm less sure about CDE -- its been popular after I/O but isn't
really fundamental to the direction of the web, and the conference talks
are already pretty tight.

Our codelab/booth is very likely to demonstrate CDE, and possibly Polymer &
Material Design, though, since CDE supports deploy-to-mobile using the
cordova-based CADT companion app.  This was covered in a recent chromium
blogpost, by the way:
