The Cordova 4.0 have the same feature as "Android: Add library projects to
gradle build config"
(https://github.com/apache/cordova-lib/commit/8a2ca58394ed72423ece7bd1c61b1f514ab6f978),
So we don't dependence this commit. I want to cherry pick
https://github.com/fujunwei/cordova-lib/commit/6e197db42965c8fbc57e2aa7449b4c0c758a1f10
from CB-3445 branch to master.
