Not entirely correct.
If you want to programmatically decide at runtime whether or not support an
orientation, you need to
a) define support for multiple orientations (<preference name="Orientation"
value="default" />)
b) provide the window.shouldRotateToOrientation method and return true if
you want to rotate to the new orientation.
