Add fullscreen options
This change adds settings to hide the navigation and status bars while the
splash screen is displayed. Full-screen apps aren't affected.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/TheBosZ/cordova-plugin-splashscreen
add-fullscreen-options
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
