Cordova website plugin fixes
Added in some plugins content from cordova-registry-web (FAQ and
contributors pages) and made various tweaks to the plugins page including:
* Searchbar now has focus on page load
* Number of search results is displayed
* Changed platform filter buttons
* Various bug fixes
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/riknoll/cordova-docs
cordova-website-plugin-fixes
